1. Discrimination

        Vanroad company ensures that it will not discriminate against any aspect of employment (recruitment, employment, promotion, salary, dismissal, retirement, assignment of responsibilities, disciplinary measures, etc.) on the basis of race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, age, background or any other reason prohibited by law.   


2. Respect for human rights

        Vanroad company prohibits all forms of harassment in the workplace due to race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, age, background, position, employment status or any other reasons.   


3. Prohibition of child labour

        According to the policy of Vanroad company, the company prohibits the employment of minors who have not reached the legal minimum working age in various countries and regions and minors under the age of 16 in any case.   


4. Prohibition of forced labour

        Forced labor is prohibited in Vanroad company. Ensure that all labor is voluntary and employees can leave voluntarily.   


5. Remuneration

        Comply with the laws of various countries and regions on minimum wage, overtime wage, wage deduction, performance wage and other remuneration.   


6. Working hours

        Comply with the laws of various countries and regions on setting employees' working hours (including overtime) and granting planned leave and paid annual leave.   


7. Dialogue and negotiation with employees

        Conduct sincere negotiation and dialogue with employees or employee representatives. The right of association or non Association of employees shall be recognized in accordance with the laws of each country and region where the business is located.


8. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment

        The health and safety of workers shall be the first, and every effort shall be made to prevent occupational accidents.
