At the beginning of new product development, we will organize advanced quality planning (APQP), including DFM, process flow analysis, FMEA analysis and sample order review. During mass production, we will collect sample production information and form documented product process drawings, quality control plans and inspection specifications, At the same time, Cpk and SPC control shall be carried out for key dimensions with special requirements according to customer requirements, timely quality rectification shall be carried out for problems found, experience summary shall be carried out in time, and experience training library shall be improved.
